Take them both to the vet. If she still has kittens inside her and they won’t deliver she could die without treatment. This will also cause her not to care for her new baby.

she probably has the babies stuck inside her. Take her to a vet asap that’s probably why she’s acting like that toward the first kitten

Make sure the kitten is breathing. Then if the mother hasn’t cleaned it off get a warm damp washcloth and wipe the baby off. Then feed it some kitten replacement milk.If the mother still doesn’t have the other kittens then take her to the vet.She might have to have a c-section.
    Hope the baby survives!
    Good luck!

Sometime when a cat is young the birth has scared them and they want nothing to do with the kitten. Or sometimes something is wrong with the kitten and mom knows so she leaves it to die. You can go and get replacement milk and a doll bottle and try feeding it I’ve done that more times than I care to remember but you have to keep it warm and covered and feed every 4 hours.

take care of her yourself by formula, and feed it to her with a bottle she probably is suprised that she had a kitten and is in shock.
