After delivery? is your cat having kittens? if so this is the sort of question that is best asked to a vet.

All dogs are different and have different nutritional needs. However, all dogs’ diet should include a combination of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. If it does, then your dog’s needs for growth and tissue repair will be met. Ensure your puppy’s dietary needs are met by introducing them to ‘solid’ food as they are being weaned. Any new foods should be brought in gradually so as not to upset the young stomach. Special puppy canned and dry food is available. Note: Puppies will need to be fed a few times a day until six months old, then twice a day until they are twelve months old. After that, you may only need to feed your dog once a day.

Check out the RSPCA and PETA websites.
You should maybe take the new kittens for a check up at the vets too.
Hope your cat and kittens are ok!

i have had my kitten since he was a baby. many people think that caring for a kitten/cat is much easier than caring for a puppy/dog. well actually, they are both on the same level of difficulty. The only difference between the two is that you don’t have to walk a cat. You only have to walk dogs. My kitten is 4 months old now. He is very, happy, and healthy. They are very energetic, curious, and need attention. They love to be petted and pampered so make sure you will be able to do all of that. Here’s some sites, hope they help:
