not a lot, talk to your vet, get it neutered, vaccinated and treat it for fleas/worms with a “spot on” treatment monthly.
in total should cost around £100 – £200 on top of the purchase price. plus about £30 every three months for the flea/worm treatment. its also a good idea to get them insured to stop untimely vets bills, that will cost about £10 a month
remember to put down food and water regularly and fit a cat flap in your back door.

I know how much it costs with five cats.The vet I go to is really cheap, but he’s all about taking care of your cat. It usually costs about 60-70dollars. Plus it doesn’t include the fodd,toys, litter and it does not include when they get sick. Iy with my cats. It cost a pretty penny when you add everything up. My vet from poland. With all the money I’ve spent, I probably paid a couple of trips for him. He is such a good vet. I don’t know who I’m going to take them when he retires

Firstly, there are vet costs. A well visit is about $65 and should be completed annually. They’ll need 2 vaccines annually. The Rabies vaccine as well as the FVRCP vaccine, each will cost about $30. Dry food is about $10/month or so, wet is about the same, if you choose to feed your cat wet. Litter is about $15/month. Also factor in that your kitty could catch a cold and need to see the vet, or have a belly ache. You never know. Hope that helps. Good luck. Check out this site.
